The hotel's location is spot-on, making it convenient for Sundance Square and the railway station. The staff were nice and accommodating; however, there were some maintenance issues with the rooms and noise disturbances from disrespectful neighbors. The pool and weight room were a plus for relaxation.

The hotel's location is superb, right on the edge of Sundance Square, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The rooms need some general maintenance, but the service was attentive and they made up for errors with thoughtful gestures. However, the dining experience was below expectations, and the price may not fully reflect the value received.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were nicely placed on the 10th floor, providing a great view for New Year's Eve celebrations; however, one of the beds had an awkward position right above. The service was pleasant and generous, akin to bank tellers glued to their seats, making it a highlight of my stay. The location was very convenient for exploring Sundance Square, but the dining options were a tad disappointing with limited choices before breakfast.
