The hotel's location is spot-on, making it convenient for Sundance Square and the railway station. The staff were nice and accommodating; however, there were some maintenance issues with the rooms and noise disturbances from disrespectful neighbors. The pool and weight room were a plus for relaxation.

The rooms need some general maintenance, but the service was attentive and they made up for errors with thoughtful gestures. I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were nicely placed on the 10th floor, providing a great view for New Year's Eve celebrations; however, one of the beds had an awkward position right above. The service was pleasant and generous, akin to bank tellers glued to their seats, making it a highlight of my stay. The location was very convenient for exploring Sundance Square, but the dining options were a tad disappointing with limited choices before breakfast.
